Natural-grown fillets are portioned and calibrated for perfect use in institutional kitchens.
The loins of the fillet are the tastiest and juiciest part of the fillet.
The fillets are boneless and are offered natural and breaded, Meunière style or with a coating of your choice.
Products can then be pre-fried and also offered as fully cooked (pre-fried to fully cooked)
