COATED (not pre-fried)

You can certainly call us "Masters in Coatings".

Breading fish fillets or portions provides a crispy coating around the fish. 
Whether it's a standard breading, a fantasy breading with cornflakes or a gluten-free rice-based breading, you can always rely on a product of the highest quality.

You can prepare these products in the deep fryer or frying pan (add a little extra fat).
This method of use is not suitable for preparation in the oven or in a “hot air fryer”. 

 

PRE-FRIED

Here we continue: crispy breadings with a unique texture, a unique composition, a surprising taste, of the best quality and now ready to use!    

The products are pre-fried for you with the utmost care and therefore can be easily prepared in the oven, in the convection oven and in the “hot air fryer” without adding extra fat.

PRE-FRIED UNTIL FULLY COOKED

The special feature of these "pre-cooked" products is that they are cooked to the core; a core temperature of 65°C is guaranteed during pre-frying. 
After pre-frying, these products are individually QUICK FROZEN in a very short time. In this way, the texture of the fish remains juicy and food safety is guaranteed.

This "cooking technique" makes the products ideal for "regeneration" in commercial kitchens.
