Wild caught 
This sole is caught in the tropical waters of West Africa, the Gulf of Guinea. 
This Tropical Sole provides small fillets which are offered per 2 or 3 together as IWP. Sole is a very tasty fish with beautiful white flesh. The texture is soft. This sole is offered stretched or rolled as a medallion.
